The award was presented to Blackburn on Tuesday, January 3, 2026 in Washington D.C. The award was presented by members of the TNOA and reads:

“For your outstanding contributions as a leader in the fight against illegal drugs, your ongoing support of America’s law enforcement officers, and your dedication and service to the citizens of the United States of America.”

Blackburn posted her gratitude on her social media page and stated she was “grateful” for the award and will continue to work with law enforcement for the safety of communities. She met with members of the Tennessee Narcotic Officers Association (TNOA) regarding the award and her continued work in supporting law enforcement.

“Grateful to Tennessee Narcotic Officers Association for presenting me with an award, and I look forward to continue working to support our brave men and women in law enforcement keeping our communities safe. Narco-terrorism is a threat President Trump is addressing head on, and he’s holding criminals accountable to the full extent of the law.
It was a pleasure to meet with the TNOA and discuss my efforts in the Senate and the Trump administration’s work to end the fentanyl crisis that has plagued our country.”
TNOA was formed in 1991 and promotes cooperation between all law enforcement agencies. They are a member of the National Narcotic Officers’ Association Coalition, which represents over 42,000 narcotic officers in the nation.
