JEA warns customers of scam email
JACKSON, Tenn.—The Jackson Energy Authority is warning customers of a scam email currently in circulation.

SCAM ALERT
Please be aware that scammers are impersonating EPlus Broadband E-Mail Support by sending messages claiming inboxes are bouncing back with recipient’s important emails — and follows with a prompt to click a link to “recover my emails.”
DO NOT CLICK on the link or reply to the email. It is a SCAM.
Neither JEA nor EPlus Broadband will send out important security messages via email. Please disregard the email and contact Jackson Energy Authority at (731) 422-7500 if you have any questions, concerns, or uncertainties.
