TVEC issues service restoration update for Hardin Co.
HARDIN COUNTY, Tenn.— The Tennessee Valley Electric Company posted an update on service restoration in Hardin County. TVEC released the following statement:
Winter Storm Update – Hardin County (2/7/2026)
Our crews made great progress yesterday and were able to clear more than 200 individual trouble cases. That work continues today.
If you are still without power, please call our office at (731) 925-4916 and let us know.
We realize many members have been out for several days, and we want to make absolutely sure no one is overlooked. Our crews will be working through the weekend until every member’s power is restored.
We sincerely apologize for the hardship this storm and the prolonged outages have caused. Our employees, contractors, and the crews from neighboring co-ops and municipalities have been working long hours, and they will continue giving their all until service is fully restored. Cleanup efforts will take months as we work to bring our system back to its original condition.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support.
