TVEC issues latest update on Hardin Co.
HARDIN COUNTY, Tenn.— The Tennessee Valley Electric Company posted an update on service restoration in Hardin County. TVEC released the following statement:
Winter Storm Update
Hardin County (2/8/2026)
We’re nearing the end of restoration efforts from this winter storm. At this time, all residential customers without damage to their meter bases should have power restored.
If you are still without electricity and your electrical entrance is not damaged, please call our office at (731) 925-4916.
Our crews are beginning the clean up process today. If you see wire down in your yard, please stay away from it and call us immediately.
We appreciate your patience—full system restoration will take weeks or months, and we encourage you to report any concerns you see across the system. Yard light and yard light pole repairs will also continue in the coming days.
