Warm And Rainy Week Coming
WBBJ 7 Forecast Update
Seasonally warm conditions will start our week off on the right foot. We will have some chances for rain coming in starting Tuesday Night. Once the rains start, temperatures will slowly begin to return to near average values. We have all the week’s forecast details right here.
Tonight:
Cloud cover will begin to clear out overnight, giving way to mostly clear skies by sunrise. Tonight’s low will be in the upper 30s, and winds be light out of the south at first, but will then will become calm.
Monday and Tuesday:
Monday will be a very pleasant day with morning temperatures in the 40s, with some of the daytime highs getting close to 70 across the region. Skies will be mostly clear with a light breeze coming in the evening. Also clouds will move back into the region into the overnight hours.
Tuesday will be another warm day and in some areas you may even be able to notice a change in humidity since temperatures are forecast to be will into the low 70s. Going into Tuesday evening, there is a pretty good chance much of the region will pick up some showers. Thunderstorms are not expected, but the rain could get heavy at times as we could pick up roughly one inch of new rain.
Wednesday:
Lingering showers from Tuesday night could stick around into Wednesday morning. Rain should be out by noon, but it won’t be our last round of showers for the weekend. Temperatures will be close to average for Wednesday, with highs in the mid to low 50s and lows in the mid 30s. Winds will be light during the rain, but will calm down once things dry out.
Thursday:
Thursday will be another average day with highs in the 50s, but another chance of rain will move into the area as we head into the overnight hours and into Friday. Showers don’t look to be as intense what is coming into the area Tuesday night, but the system will be slow moving and will likely have the ability to drop up to an inch of rain.
