In county on Monday, the lawyers for the Brundiges and Thompson requested more time to go over the discovery information. It was stated by one of the lawyers that it could be 9 to 16 gigabytes of information, and that he learned this could be over 500,000 pages that he would have to go through.
Of course, he said this would take too much time. The state lawyer said there is not 500,000 pages.
Despite all of this, the judge ruled that they could come back at a later date for a status appearance. This next date will be May 26.
