PETA protesters demonstrate at Raising Cane’s grand opening
JACKSON, Tenn. — PETA representatives protested on the sidewalk during the grand opening of a new chicken restaurant in Jackson.
We were able to speak protesters who said the celebrations neglect to consider the billions of chickens that are killed every year for food.
They want to raise awareness to what they describe as cruel treatment of animals.
