Jackson State Community College to Host Elite Flag Football Prospect Showcase
Hub City Poised to Become the Home of Flag Football in Tennessee

Jackson, TN – Jackson State Community College (JSCC) will bring elite-level flag football talent to West Tennessee this spring, as the college is set to host a Flag Football Prospect Showcase on its campus on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

The showcase, powered by CollegeFlag USA, will take place in Jackson, Tennessee, and is expected to draw top high school and transfer prospects from across the region. Multiple two- and four-year college programs will be in attendance, providing participating student-athletes with a unique opportunity for exposure, evaluation, and recruitment at the collegiate level.

The event underscores JSCC’s commitment to expanding opportunities in women’s athletics and establishing the college as a hub for the rapidly growing sport of flag football.

“Jackson State Community College is proud to bring an elite flag football prospect showcase to the Hub City and the State of Tennessee,” said JSCC Athletic Director Dr. Kevin Lynum. “This event is about creating access, visibility, and opportunity for student-athletes while positioning our region at the forefront of a sport that is growing nationally.”

The showcase will feature athletic testing, position-specific drills, and competitive football situations designed to allow college coaches to evaluate speed, agility, football IQ, and overall skill development. The event is open to prospective women student-athletes for 2026-2029 graduating classes, including transfers.

As women’s flag football continues to expand at the collegiate level, JSCC’s initiative reflects its forward-thinking approach to athletics and student-athlete development, while also highlighting Jackson, Tennessee as a destination for high-level recruiting events.
