Hillcrest Baptist Church celebrates with Love One Another luncheon
JACKSON, Tenn.—Another Jackson church is also celebrating Valentine’s weekend.
Hillcrest Baptist Church hosts its Love One Another luncheon Sunday.
The congregation and guests united in the fellowship hall at noon following the regular service to enjoy a graciously prepared BBQ lunch, complete with sides and delicious desserts.
The event was more than just enjoying a meal, along with the food and camaraderie, church members sang hymns together and enjoyed a devotional.
Pastor Andrew Cross’s message centered on love and Christ’s call to love one another.
“I feel like we had a great turnout. We love it when out people invite others to be a part of things like we have going on here. And I feel like we had a great group in order to share that love that we have for one another,” Pastor Cross said.
