“They received it and they never sent it out. It went into the twilight zone. I tried to contact FedEx many times with no luck. I tried emails, and I’ve tried phone numbers. I finally found the number to get a hold of that particular store and no luck. I’ve talked to supervisors, managers, and they received it in the store and is disappeared,” said William Hess, Lexington Resident.

Many around the west Tennessee region haven’t received their packages even weeks after the winter storm.

“I’ve never had problems with u.s. Mail or ups. It seems like the only problems I’ve had have been FedEx,” said William Hess.

We tried to reach out to FedEx and have yet to receive a response, UPS representatives we speak with confirm they don’t have reports of missing packages, and many local postal services tell us they’re up to date with their mailing routes. 1 (800) 275-8777 is the United States Postal Service helpline, 1 (800) 742-5877 directs you to UPS assistance, and 1 (800) 463-3339 will take you to FedEx support.

Many west Tennessee residents have commented in facebook groups following issues receiving their packages, and even wrong home deliveries that never made it to the owner.

“Have a better quality of assurance that the address on their package is the address they’re delivering it to. They would probably get some better training if they would follow what UPS, and the U.S. Mail does,” said William Hess, Lexington Resident.
