TN ICAC Task Force arrests individual following online exploitation investigation
PRESS RELEASE FROM THE HENRY COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE:
HENRY COUNTY, Tenn. — The Henry County Sheriff’s Office (ICAC) investigators, in coordination with TBI and FBI, announces the arrest of Thomas Bradley Moore from Buchanan, following an investigation into online offenses involving the sexual exploitation of minors.
The investigation began in January 2026 after ICAC investigators were notified by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children through a Cyber Tip, that Moore was operating on the dark web and exploiting minors. Investigators conducted a comprehensive digital investigation which resulted in the execution of a search warrant on Perry Cemetery Rd on 02/13/2026.
Moore was not arrested at the time. Once investigators received the digital evidence from Moore’s devices, warrants were issued for Moore for 9 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Moore was reported missing by several online/social media entities when in fact he was in hiding. Moore was located by Henry Co. Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division investigators on 02/23/2026 in the Dollar Store in Dover, TN. and was arrested without incident.
The suspect was booked into Henry County Corrections with a bond set by Judge Chad Cox at $200,000. Court proceedings are pending. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
No further details will be released at this time to protect the integrity of the investigation and the privacy of victims.
