City of Jackson Parks and Rec launches modernized registration platform
JACKSON, Tenn. – The City of Jackson Parks and Recreation Department is excited to announce the launch of a new, state-of-the-art registration software designed to streamline how residents connect with community programs. This upgrade marks a significant leap forward in the City’s digital infrastructure, offering a user-friendly interface that brings Jackson’s recreational services into a new age.

A New Way to Play The first phase of this rollout focuses on online program registration. Residents will find a cleaner, faster, and more intuitive experience when signing up for their favorite classes, sports leagues, and activities.
To ensure security and access to the new features, all users will be required to create a new profile during their first registration on the platform. This one-time setup will serve as the gateway to all future Parks and Rec interactions.
Hands-On Support The City is committed to a smooth transition for all residents. To ensure no one is left behind, the registration office is standing by to provide personalized technical assistance. Help is available:
-
Over the Phone: Call 731.425.8370 for step-by-step guidance.
-
In Person: Visit the office at 3 Westwood Gardens Dr. during standard business hours.
Looking Ahead Online registration is just the beginning. In the coming months, the City of Jackson Parks and Recreation Department will roll out additional phases of the software, including:
-
Facility Rentals: Simple booking for party rooms and community spaces.
-
Field & Court Rentals: Real-time availability for sports complexes.
-
Center Memberships: Digital passes and streamlined entry for local recreation centers.
“Our goal is to make our parks and programs as accessible as possible,” said Tony Black, Director of Parks and Rec. “This new platform removes the friction from the registration process, allowing our residents to spend less time on paperwork and more time enjoying Jackson’s incredible resources.”
