USJ Haylen Ayers wins third consecutive Miss Basketball award
Tuesday afternoon it was announced that USJ girls
basketball player Haylen Ayers won the
TSSAA Miss Basketball award for Division 2A.
She has won the highest individual accolade in high
school basketball three consecutive years.
Ayers joins current Ohio state player Jaloni Campbell who also won it three times when she was
in high school. This past season Haylen averaged 3, steals,3 assist,
7 rebounds, and 22 points per game While shooting 52 percent from the field.
