Statue unveiled in National Mall depicts Trump and Epstein as Jack and Rose from ‘Titanic’
WASHINGTON (Gray News) — A new statue depicting President Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein as characters from “Titanic” popped up in the National Mall on Tuesday.

The nearly 12-foot statue shows Trump and Epstein reenacting the famous movie scene between Jack and Rose, standing on the bow of the ship with their arms stretched out.
According to The Washington Post, a plaque at the bottom of the statue reads:
“The tragic love story between Jack and Rose was built on luxurious travel, raucous parties, and secret nude sketches. This monument honors the bond between Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein, a friendship seemingly built on luxurious travel, raucous parties and secret nude sketches.”
This is the third time an art installation of Trump and Epstein has popped up in the National Mall in the past year.
The pieces have been attributed to a group known as The Secret Handshake, but its members remain anonymous.
In September, the group installed a bronze statue titled “Best Friends Forever,” showing Trump and Epstein holding hands.
In January, the group made a massive replica of a birthday note and crude drawing that was given to Epstein in 2003, reportedly by Trump. Trump has denied writing the note and said the signature on it is not his.
According to WTOP, people have been lining up to take photos with the “Titanic”-inspired statue.
In addition to the statue, 10 campaign-style blue banners line the area with Trump and Epstein’s photo on them. The banners read, “Make America Safe Again.”
It’s unclear how long the statue and banners will stay up.
