Century Farm Winery offers festive wine tastings
JACKSON, Tenn.—A local winery is celebrating St. Paddy’s Day ahead of the holiday.
Century Farm Winery located at 1548 Lower Brownsville Road in Jackson hosted a wine tasting event Saturday.
The hour-long event included four wines to enjoy along with St. Patrick’s Day inspired hors d’oeuvres.
Two separate seating times were available to attend at 1 or 3 p.m. Seats were limited and tickets were $40.
“These food pairings are a great time to explain to our guests the proper way to do a wine tasting. We take them through those proper steps. It’s also a good time for them to find what pairs well from a food and wine perspective,” said Bart Horton, owner at Century Farm Winery.
The event also included photo ops and giveaways.
