Elainer Gilliam was last seen on Saturday, March 28 around 12 a.m. in Humboldt. Now her parents, Wendy and William Gilliam, are begging for their daughter’s safe return.

“I want her to come back the same way she left. I want her to come back in piece. Just to let her know her mother and dad are looking for her. We are not going to stop until we find her. We love you and miss you. Just come back home where you belong,” said William.
Her family organized a search party this morning around 10 and met at the old hickory mall in Jackson after her mother Wendy received information from some of her friends.
“I decided to ask people on social media to help me look for her, so I can find my baby. My baby really needs to be home. I really miss my baby and I want her home and I am hoping and praying that I find her,” said Wendy.
Her parents also describe the past few days without her presence.
“A nightmare. I am constantly up wondering where my baby is. With it being so cold outside, I do not know if she being fed. Where is she? That is my concern,” said Wendy.
“We can’t eat, sleep. I know I probably had about three or four hours of sleep over the past 48 hours or more. Mom, her anxiety is out the roof. She can stroke out anytime looking for this child, and we need her to come back so she can stop worrying her mother,” said William.
Her family is asking the public to contact them if they believe they see or hear from Gilliam. Gilliam is 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighs about 132 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a pure black dress with a black headband.
If you believe you have seen her, please call 731-618-1424 or the Humboldt Police Department at 731-784-1322.
