Former Fleetwood Mac member Lindsey Buckingham reportedly attacked by stalking suspect
(CNN) — Musician Lindsey Buckingham was attacked last week in Los Angeles.
Police say the former Fleetwood Mac guitarist and vocalist was arriving for an appointment last Wednesday when he was attacked.
The Los Angeles Times reports a woman threw an unknown substance toward him.
Buckingham was not harmed in the attack.
The woman fled the scene, but she is known to both Buckingham and police from previous incidents. The Los Angeles Times said she has a stalking history with Buckingham.
Los Angeles police are expected to make an arrest soon.
