Annual meat sale raises funds for Birth Choice pregnancy services
JACKSON, Tenn. — Birth Choice’s annual Easter meat sale has wrapped up for 2026, but organizers say the community turnout will make a real difference for local families.

The fundraiser ran from mid–February through the end of March offering locally smoked hams, ribs and whole chickens, with pickup Friday in Jackson and Gibson County.

All proceeds go to Birth Choice, a nonprofit that provides free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds and ongoing support services for women and families across West Tennessee.
“Throughout West Tennessee there are a lot of women and families who are facing unplanned pregnancies and need more resources and maybe just need a listening ear or need someone to just share the love of Christ with them. And so, we’re here to do that,” said .
Staff say the money raised this Easter season will help keep those medical and support programs free for clients who need them most.
