University School of Jackson dedicates renovated softball field
JACKSON, Tenn. — University School of Jackson held a ceremony to dedicate its newly renovated softball field.

The event recognized two championship teams that helped shape the legacy of Lady Bruins softball. Those teams won the 2010 and 2012 state championships.

“It’s great, it’s a long time coming. These girls have worked very hard they have had a lot of success on the field. And upgrade to this facility are more in line with our mission. And a great way to award some girls that we are super proud of,” Trey Teague, director of development for USJ.
Following the ceremony, the Lady Bruins softball team played host to Fayette Academy.
