Children’s show ‘Makin’ Music’ premieres at Freed-Hardeman University

HENDERSON, Tenn. — The children’s show “Makin’ Music” premiered at the Dryden Auditorium at Freed-Hardeman University.

More than 2,000 kids enjoyed music, dancing and colorful themes. Performer Samuel Yocum said the cast and directors love putting on the show every year.

“It is the loudest crowd that we get each year. These kids just get to take an entire time off school and be able to just come and be entertained and have fun and us as a cast and directors love to put on a performance for them and make them smile from ear to ear its awesome every single time,” Yocum said.
