Ms. Julia Elizabeth Carter, 66, died Saturday, July 9, at Alive Hospice in Nashville. With social distancing restrictions in place, services will be Saturday, July 16, at 1:00 P. M. at Mercer Baptist Church. Interment will be in Mercer Cemetery. There will be a visitation Saturday from 12:00 Noon until time of service at Mercer Baptist Church.
