HARDIN COUNTY, Tenn. — Authorities will accept unused or no longer needed prescription and non-prescription drugs Saturday in Savannah as part of a drug take-back day. Officials say the program is intended to reduce the abuse of prescription pills in the area. The pills can be dropped off at the Savannah Police Department between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. They ask that no needles be brought.
