Troopers looking for car after I-40 hit-and-run

JACKSON, Tenn. — Troopers are searching for a two-tone, older model, gray Cadillac after they say it hit a construction worker on I-40 and then left the scene, according to the THP. The construction worker suffered a broken leg in the incident that occurred just after 3 p.m. near mile marker 85 on the westbound side of Interstate 40, according to Lt.
