Theft charge against former Family Dollar employee dismissed

HUMBOLDT, Tenn. — In an update to a story from August, a theft charge against a former retail store employee has been dismissed. Ashton Forsyth of Milan has been cleared of charges after allegations she stole money from the deposit of Family Dollar Store in Humboldt while she was an employee there. Her charges were dismissed on Oct. 5.
