JACKSON, Tenn. — More than a hundred West Tennesseans proved they’re not afraid of ghosts. They gathered in the darkness of the West Tennessee Farmer’s Market in downtown Jackson, Monday evening, to hear ghost stories born of legends in Jackson. Local ghost “experts” and story tellers entertained the crowd with stories of reported spirits that still wander the streets. Organizers said despite the “haunting” nature of the event, it brings out the whole family. “Everyone enjoys it,” said Dana Poteet. “The kids really like it because of the season and people are dressed up and scary.” This is the 14th year for the free event, hosted by dn english and Tin Pot Entertainment.
