PARIS, Tenn. — A man is jailed in Paris accused of using a screw driver to stab someone, Monday night. According to Paris police, Jose Moreno saw the victim talking with his ex-girlfriend at a home on Porter Street. Investigators said Moreno ran to the home and stabbed the man in the face and head with the screwdriver. Moreno has been charged with aggravated assault and violating an order of protection. His bond was set at $25,000.
