Police ID body found on I-40

JACKSON, Tenn. — Police have released the name of a man killed Wednesday after being hit along Interstate 40. Officers say they are still trying to determine what led to Joseph Bass’ death. It’s unclear if he jumped or walked into westbound traffic near exit 83.
