‘Shine a Light on Lung Cancer’ is this week at Kirkland Cancer Center
JACKSON, Tenn. — The Kirkland Cancer Center will host its “Shine a Light on Lung Cancer” event Thursday. The 2nd annual event will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the third-floor conference room of the Kirkland Cancer Center, located at 720 West Forest Avenue, according to the cancer center. The event is free and open to the public and is meant to raise awareness and support for lung cancer survivors and their caregivers. There will be a guest speaker along with survivors to share their stories.
