Gunman in Big Sandy shooting released, still could be charged
BENTON COUNTY, Tenn. — The Benton County Sheriff tells us the gunman in a Monday shooting has been released. George Burns Jr. still could face charges in the shooting, the sheriff says. No motive has been released for the deadly confrontation that claimed the life of 19-year-old Michael Nuzzo. Officers say he was shot in the chest while arguing with Burns outside a gas station.
