Tournament of Trees lights up Henderson
CHESTER COUNTY, Tenn. — Several trees are decorated and ready to take top honors in the first Tournament of Trees, sponsored by the Carl Perkins Center of Chester County. Between now and Dec. 28, at least a dozen retailers in Henderson will have decorated trees in their businesses. Residents are encouraged to stop by and vote for their favorite. Organizers say the event also packs an added bonus for those looking to shop locally. You have until Dec. 28 to pick a favorite. Each vote costs $1. Other retailers wishing to participate can sign up now through Christmas.
