TBI investigates body found on Hardeman County road
HARDEMAN COUNTY, Tenn. — The TBI confirmed they are investigating a homicide on the 3000 block of Somerville Road, Monday night. A driver spotted the body in a nearby field. Authorities have identified the body as that of Guy Alvin Williamson, 45. Nearby businesses said their employees were re-routed to work, Tuesday morning as the scene was investigated. TBI officials said the investigation is ongoing, and did not say if there were any suspects or how the victim died. The Hardeman County Sheriff’s Department is assisting in the investigation.
