Star Center receives grant

JACKSON, Tenn.-A grant was presented Thursday for the local Star Center. Dollar General’s Literacy Foundation presented the grant, a $2,000 gift to the center. The Star Center provides assistance, training, and home therapy, for the visually impaired.
