18 Wheeler Catches Fire on Interstate 40

JACKSON, Tenn.- Traffic on Interstate 40 was running extremly slow Friday evening after an 18-wheeler caught fire. The truck was heading west on I-40 between mile markers 85 and 86. Officers said the engine blew up inside the truck, however it is unclear what time the fire actually started. The Jackson Fire Department was called to the scene just before 7 p.m. No injuries were reported.
