Officials warn of flooding along Tennessee River
HARDIN COUNTY, Tenn. — Officials in Hardin County are warning residents that the Tennessee River is at a major flood stage because all of our recent rain.
Currently the river is cresting at 370 feet but it’s expect to rise to 389 feet by Monday.
Officials are urging anyone who has campers or trailers in low lying areas near the river to move them immediately as the waters continue to rise. They said road closures over the next few days are also possible.
