Bundle Up! Wind Chills in the 20s Sunday
Weather Update – 7:45 a.m. Sunday
Most of the roads across West Tennessee have been reported to be okay, but a few spots of black ice will be possible. At least one accident was reported on I-40 Westbound in Jackson by Hollywood Blvd.
Today will be a cold day, and despite the sunshine, temperatures will have a hard time getting above freezing. With a decent amount of snow covering the ground and gusty northwest winds, temperatures during the afternoon will only warm up to the upper 20s and low 30s with wind chills in the low to mid 20s.
Temperatures will start out in the upper teens to low 20s Monday morning. High pressure will keep things dry through Tuesday morning with high temperatures in the low to mid 40s.
