Union Women drop to #18 in D-II Coach’s Poll

JACKSON, Tenn. – The Union University women’s basketball team dropped one spot this week to No. 18 in the USA Today/WBCA Coaches Poll.

Union is also receiving votes in the latest D2SIDA Media Poll.

The Lady Bulldogs posted two wins last week including a 69-46 win over Valdosta State (Ga.) and an 89-85 win at Alabama Huntsville.

So far this week, Union has a 79-55 win over North Alabama under their belt with a road game at Christian Brothers Thursday night left this week.

Union is 14-2 on the season and has won three straight games.

The Lady Bulldogs are in a five-way tie for first place in the GSC standings with an 8-2 conference record.
