Weather Update – 10:35 p.m. Friday

Temperatures continue to drop tonight, currently in the low to mid 40s for most of West Tennessee. We’ll start out in the low to mid 30s Saturday morning with upper 20s possible in a few spots. Partly to mostly cloudy skies are forecast for the start of the weekend with dry weather expected to continue through the weekend. High temperatures will be limited to the low to mid 40s on Saturday.

It’ll be even colder on Monday after another cold front comes through Sunday night. That cold front may touch off a few flurries Sunday night but we’re not expecting anything significant. Despite sunny skies on Monday, we may be starting out with single digit wind chills in the morning. Temperatures will peak in the upper 20s to low 30s Monday afternoon. Our next best chance for precipitation isn’t forecast until next Wednesday and at that point we’re only expecting rain.

Stay warm!
