Three-time world champion leads CBR standings

JACKSON, Tenn. – The first day of Championship Bull Riding  at the Oman Arena belonged to 2014 CBR World Champion Sage Steele Kimzey.

After winning the long round, the Oklahoma native added $10,000 to his pockets by remaining of the bounty bull for eight seconds.

Kimzey ended the night with earnings just under $14,000. Saturday’s festivities from the Oman begin at 8 p.m. Doors open at 6.
