West TN fire chiefs meet, discuss first responder safety
JACKSON, Tenn.-Fire chiefs from around West Tennessee gathered Thursday night to discuss first responder safety.
Fire chiefs from 40 different departments across the area were in attendance. Educational material was presented to show how to keep firefighters and other first responders safe on the scene.
The fire chiefs will then take the information to their departments so each firefighter can be more prepared.
