Robert Sidney Phelan Educational Center Dedication
a newly built educational center will be dedicated to long time commissioner Robert Sidney Phelan, former owner of Phelan Ford in Trenton and Housing Authority commissioner for over 40 years. Summer program for kids will begin the same day. Ribbon Cutting at 12:00 noon
