Man wanted in killings of 2 captured in East Tennessee
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (AP) – A man wanted in the October slayings of two Florida men has been captured in East Tennessee.
Washington County Sheriff Ed Graybeal says in a news release that 21-year-old Joshua Daniel Brown was captured last week in Johnson City.
Graybeal says Brown was charged with being a fugitive from justice. Brown is being held in the Washington County Detention Center pending his extradition.
Graybeal says Brown faces two murder counts in Florida.
The sheriff says Brown’s capture was a coordinated effort involving the U.S. Marshals Service and police in West Palm Beach, Florida.
