Man accused of threatening officers returns to court

DECATUR COUNTY, Tenn.-A Decatur County man suspected of threatening officer’s lives, then fleeing into Kentucky returned to court Monday.

According to District Attorney General Matt Stowe, Scotty Priest was assigned a public defender.

Priest faces multiple felonies, including an attempted terrorism count after officers said he made a number of threats against law enforcement officers earlier this month.
