UTM Women clinch OVC title, top tournament seed with win

MARTIN, Tenn — The U.T. Martin women’s basketball team clinched at least a share of the Ohio Valley Conference regular season title Wednesday night with a 91-52 win over Eastern Illinois.

The win also secures the #1 seed in the upcoming OVC Conference Tournament for the Skyhawks.

UTM will conclude their regular season schedule Saturday when they hit the road to play Murray State.
