2 suspects arrested in theft of role-playing cards
BILOXI, Miss. (AP) – Two people have been arrested on charges they tried to sell thousands of dollars in stolen role-playing game cards at a shop in south Mississippi.
Biloxi police investigator Nick Sonnier told The Sun Herald that 31-year-old Jared Lee Reynolds and 22-year-old Brookelynn Parker Kelso were arrested Thursday after they attempted to sell the Magic game cards at a game shop in Biloxi.
Sonnier said the shop’s owner knew the cards had been stolen from a car in late January and contacted police.
Reynolds was arrested on an auto burglary charge. Kelso was arrested on a stolen property charge.
