Gibson County girls beat Dresden to win Region 7A crown

DYER, Tenn — Gibson County’s girls basketball team won the Region 7A championship Wednesday night with a 55-52 win over Dresden.

Next, the Lady Pioneers will host Riverside in a sectional game, while Dresden will head to Middleton in win-or-go-home games.
