Police release images of suspect in North Highland bank robbery
JACKSON, Tenn. — Police have released security images of the man they say is responsible for a Friday morning bank robbery.
The Jackson Police Department has confirmed a bank robbery took place at the First Tennessee Bank location on North Highland Avenue.
According to Jackson Police Chief Julian Wiser, the robbery occurred around 8:52 a.m. Officers say no weapon was displayed and no injuries have been reported.
Wiser says they are looking for a white male in his late 40s with a gray beard and wearing a light gray shirt and a red toboggan.
Authorities say they aren’t sure if the suspect is armed.
