Freed-Hardeman, Bethel teams make NAIA Tournament Field

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Three West Tennessee college basketball teams learned they’d be playing in the NAIA National Basketball Tournament Wednesday night.

The Freed-Hardeman men were given a 4 seed and are set to play Our Lady of the Lake from Rexas in the first round next Thursday in Kansas City, Missouri.

Meanwhile both Freed-Hardeman and Bethel’s women are in the women’s field.

Bethel got a 1 seed setting them up against Cumberland University in the first round.

The Lady Lions from FHU will play Carroll College from Montana.

Those games will be played in Independence, Missouri.
