Vehicle overturns after hitting north Jackson home, police say

JACKSON, Tenn. — Police are investigating an afternoon auto accident that left a vehicle turned over on its side after hitting a residence.

Officers responded just after 1 p.m. to the one-vehicle accident on Pepper Ridge, according to the Jackson Police Department.

Police say the vehicle ended up on its side after hitting the residence. They said they are not sure what caused the vehicle to overturn.

The condition of the driver is not known at this time.
