ARJ Manufacturing to change name to Toyota Boshoku

JACKSON, Tenn. — ARJ Manufacturing LLC will change its name to Toyota Boshoku as of April 1, according to a release from the company.

The manufacturing facility on Ridgecrest Road Extended in north Jackson makes seat components for the automotive industry. The new name will better align the company within the Toyota Boshoku America Inc. family, the release states.

All employees will remain with the company, according to the release.

ARJ opened in Jackson in 2001 as a joint venture between Araco, which later became Toyota Boshoku, and Johnson Controls.
