Police investigate shots fired into east Jackson home
JACKSON, Tenn. — Gunfire erupted in east Jackson, Friday night. Police said the gunman aimed at a house near the intersection of North Royal Street and Garneal Street.
Officers were called to the area at 8:38 p.m. to investigate shots fired into a home. Police on the scene said three people were inside, but no one was injured.
About 20 minutes earlier, officers working in that same area reported hearing gunfire. However, patrols of the area turned up no evidence.
No suspect information has been released.
